EDSON OLIVEIRA started Jiu-Jitsu in 2008, through Ricardo Mesquita, who was already his capoeira teacher. Soon after he started to see that this was what he wanted for life, and he brought all the discipline and consistency that he learned in capoeira to Jiu-Jitsu. In 2016 he had the honor of being graduated to black belt by his teacher, Fábio Gurgel. In addition he holds the title of best teacher of Alliance Sao Paulo.
