ADULT ADVANCED
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU CLASSES
The advanced class is optional for students who have achieved a blue belt or higher. Similar to Module 2 this class is typically divided into two halves with technique followed by live training. However, the advanced class has a stronger emphasis on competition, competition strategy, and conditioning.
The advanced program is taught exclusively by our Head Instructor Edson Oliveira. Edson is a black belt under Fabio Gurgel and a multi-time world champion. Previously, Edson has taught at the world-renowned Alliance Headquarters in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has helped many students achieve World titles along the way.
In this class, you can expect to constantly challenge your current level and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll learn techniques and concepts that reflect today’s evolving Jiu-Jitsu game and train alongside the most experienced and active members of the team.
This class is our most demanding and at times challenging, but we always finish our sessions with smiles and laughs on the mat.

GYM DUES & FEES.
We offer month to month memberships which may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Shorter term memberships and drop-ins are also available to those on a more limited time frame.
Before you get started you’ll also need an official Alliance Uniform (Gi). Fortunately, Gi’s are available for purchase on location, or if you prefer to order online you may do so from the Alliance shop. Please note the online shop prices are in USD and it will be cheaper to purchase on location at the gym in CAD.
