Dan started training Jiu-Jitsu in Ottawa back in 2011. In 2012 he joined Alliance Waterloo training under Dragan Konjevic, a black belt under Alliance’s most experienced founder Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti. Dan has been training with Alliance Vancouver since 2016. He is a very details orientated instructor, with a passion for techniques that work well in both the gi and no-gi. Dan’s students can expect to learn strong fundamentals jiu-jitsu whether it's for self-defense or sports competition.
